What you would do

• Lead and execute the Resort's Marketing, Communications and Branding strategy
• Manage all digital platforms, including the website, Resort app and social media channels
• Oversee PR, media relations, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and revenue
• Manage content creation, graphic design and brand consistency across all channels
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities

What they are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury resort or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation and branding
• Excellent communication, creativity and project management skills
• Experience in PR, media relations, influencer partnerships and marketing campaigns
• Ability to work effectively with a multicultural team
