What you would do

• Lead Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators and key industry partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the resort's market presence
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
• Manage Sales & Marketing plans, budgets, promotions and industry events
• Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team while ensuring strong commercial performance

What they are looking for

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the Maldives resorts
• Strong experience in sales, marketing and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and market knowledge
• Good command of English with excellent presentation skills
