About the role
Lead and manage all engineering operations, maintenance and technical services across Ifuru Island Maldives, an all-inclusive island resort in the Raa Atoll.

What you would do
- Lead and manage all Engineering operations, maintenance and technical services across the resort.
- Ensure efficient operation and preventive maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, water, STP, fire safety and utility systems.
- Manage engineering projects, energy-saving initiatives, budgets and maintenance programs.
- Supervise, train and develop the Engineering team to maintain high standards of safety and performance.
- Coordinate with contractors and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
What they are looking for
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury resort.
- Strong knowledge of resort engineering, utilities and maintenance systems.
- Experience in team leadership, budgeting and project management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, with good command of English.
