What you would do

• Lead and manage all Engineering operations, maintenance and technical services across the resort.
• Ensure efficient operation and preventive maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, water, STP, fire safety and utility systems.
• Manage engineering projects, energy-saving initiatives, budgets and maintenance programs.
• Supervise, train and develop the Engineering team to maintain high standards of safety and performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and statutory requirements.

What they are looking for

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Strong knowledge of resort engineering, utilities and maintenance systems.
• Experience in team leadership, budgeting and project management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, with good command of English.
