What you would do

• Coordinate and support resort events from planning and setup to completion
• Coordinate with departments, entertainers, suppliers and guests to ensure smooth event operations
• Assist with event setup, décor, equipment, entertainment and logistics as required
• Engage with guests and ensure a friendly, enjoyable and memorable event experience
• Maintain event schedules, checklists and basic records and support post-event follow-up

What they are looking for

• 2–3 years' experience in events, hospitality, resorts, hotels or guest activities
• Advance knowledge of event planning, coordination, setup, entertainment and guest activities
• Good communication and coordination skills with guests, colleagues and suppliers
• Well-organised, creative, energetic and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and during special events
