What you would do

• Oversee the complete guest journey, from arrival and room allocation to departure
• Manage Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Rooms operations
• Manage VIP arrangements, guest preferences, and personalised services
• Train, motivate, and develop a multicultural team
• Review guest feedback, monitor departmental performance, and implement service improvements
• Prepare departmental budgets, control expenses, and plan staffing effectively
• Manage room inventory, occupancy forecasts, upgrades, and upselling initiatives

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Rooms Division Manager or similar management role in a 5-star luxury resort, preferably in the Maldives
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Proven experience managing Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Rooms operations
• Strong knowledge of LQA standards and luxury hospitality service requirements
• Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and develop a multicultural team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and departmental coordination skills
• Proficiency in property management systems, preferably Opera and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of guest privacy, workplace safety, and emergency procedures
