What you would do
- Receive, record, and coordinate maintenance requests and work orders accurately
- Prioritize and follow up on urgent and routine maintenance requests
- Coordinate with Duty Engineers, technicians, and other resort departments
- Maintain accurate work order records, logs, and daily reports
What they are looking for
- Previous experience as an Engineering Order Taker, Maintenance Coordinator, or in a similar role
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and basic computer applications
- Previous experience in a hotel or luxury resort environment is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
- Good command of English and professional communication skills
