About the role
Supervise daily landscaping, gardening, beach, and grounds maintenance at RAAYA by Atmosphere, a 5-star private island retreat in Raa Atoll.

What you would do
- Supervise daily landscaping, gardening, beach, and grounds maintenance.
- Lead and guide gardeners in planting, watering, trimming, and pest control.
- Maintain lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees, and gardens to hotel standards.
- Plan manpower, materials, plants, seeds, and other gardening requirements.
- Coordinate landscaping activities with other departments and special events.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment condition, report faults, and maintain proper inventory.
- Maintain daily work records and carry out other duties as assigned.
What they are looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Landscaping supervisory/management role.
- Good knowledge of landscaping standards, procedures, and maintenance practices.
- Previous experience in a 5-star resort or hotel environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
