What you would do
- Oversee daily villa and floor operations to ensure luxury cleanliness and presentation standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest villas and ensure rooms are ready prior to guest arrival
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments
- Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure timely rectification
- Monitor guest requests, special preferences, and VIP villa requirements
- Ensure amenities, minibar arrangements, linen, and guest supplies are properly maintained
- Coach and guide the team to maintain consistent service and quality standards
- Support productivity, manpower planning, and daily operational coordination
