About the role
A luxury resort in the Maldives is recruiting a Kitchen & Laundry Technician to maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment.

What you would do
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults
- Maintain equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, cooking equipment, washing machines, dryers, ironers, and other related machinery
- Ensure all kitchen and laundry equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize operational downtime
- Maintain proper maintenance records and report major defects to the Engineering team
What they are looking for
- Previous experience in hotel/resort kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance preferred
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with commercial kitchen and laundry equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently
