About the role
Support the Senior Maintenance Manager in overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards at VARU by Atmosphere in North Malé Atoll.

What you would do
- Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Supervise engineering staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Help manage maintenance budgets and control expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role with a five-star resort
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
