About the role
Maple Services, a property management company in the Maldives, is looking for a motivated and experienced Building Maintenance Officer or Building Technician to join their team in Hulhumale'.

What you would do
- Carry out and supervise general building maintenance and repairs.
- Perform routine building inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Handle maintenance works such as plumbing, water leak repairs, painting, crack repairs, fixture replacements, cleaning, and other general building repairs.
- Prepare work schedules, maintenance records, reports, quotations, and invoices.
- Ensure maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or property management.
- Good knowledge of general building maintenance practices.
- Ability to supervise maintenance works and prioritise daily tasks.
- Good communication, organisational, and basic administrative skills.
- A valid motorcycle or driving licence is an added advantage.
