What you would do

• Supervise daily In-Villa Dining operations, ensuring seamless and timely service
• Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction at all times
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for smooth service execution
• Train, lead, and support the In-Villa Dining team to maintain service excellence
• Monitor guest requests and feedback and manage service recovery when required
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory, billing accuracy, and service procedures
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining established Food & Beverage service standards

What they are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of In-Villa Dining service standards and guest experience delivery
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and support a service team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote island environment
• Good understanding of Food & Beverage service procedures and hygiene standards
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
