A friendly, energetic and customer-focused Boutique Manager for a luxury resort in the Maldives, responsible for achieving sales targets and creating memorable shopping experiences for international guests.

What you would do

• Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable product recommendations tailored to their preferences
• Provide training to team members as and when necessary
• Achieve sales targets and goals
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Inventory Management
• Handle guest enquiries, exchanges, and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, stock security, and loss prevention
• Work collaboratively with resort partners and colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experience

What they are looking for

• Previous experience in a senior position in luxury retail, boutique sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Previous work experience in Maldives is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for retail, fashion, and premium customer service
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build rapport with guests
• Experience using POS systems and basic computer applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Professional appearance with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages (French, Russian, Mandarin, Arabic) are highly desirable
• Ability to live and work on a remote island and adapt to a multicultural environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a resort environment
