- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.
- Two years of experience in similar role.
- Well versed in MS Office and MS Excel functions.
- Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Maldivian Labor Law and government rules and regulations.
- Experienced in multi levels of recruitment.
- Experience in Payroll and Pension.
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision.
