What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Reservations role
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field from a reputable institution
- Knowledge in Opera or other hotel reservations systems
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong guest-service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working in an ultra-luxury resort and the ability to adapt to a remote island/resort environment in the Maldives will be an advantage
