About the role
Silver Sands seeks an experienced dive instructor to lead PADI courses at their resort operations across 18 luxury resorts in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Lead PADI courses at all levels with a professional, friendly approach, ensuring full compliance with PADI standards and regulations
- Guide divers and snorkellers of varying skill levels to local dive sites
- Manage the dive reception, handling guest reservations, diver registrations, and issuing dive equipment
- Ensure all gear is prepared for students and divers before guest arrivals
- Provide and facilitate the sale of water sports and diving promotional materials, dive and water sports equipment
- Assist in other activities organised and operated by the Dive and Water Sports Centre
- Ensure compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards
What they are looking for
- Proficient in English, additional languages (Spanish, Russian, French and German) is a plus
- PADI Dive Instructor or higher teaching status required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dive professional
- More than 200 logged dives
- Well-groomed and eager to learn and engage in activities such as water sports
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable
- Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus
