What you would do

• Welcome, escort and seat guests whilst presenting menus and providing warm, professional service in line with brand standards.
• Manage restaurant reservations and telephone enquiries, including recording and confirming reservations and cancellations accurately.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintain positive guest relations and handle guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the restaurant and entrance area, ensuring all required standards are consistently met.

What they are looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, resort, host/hostess, guest relations or similar role.
• Good command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, friendly and guest-oriented personality with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage reservations, guest requests and multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
