About the role
Manage stewarding operations and ensure food safety compliance at Kagi Maldives Resort & Spa in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Lead stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations
- Train and supervise stewarding team to meet daily operational requirements and safety protocols
- Conduct regular audits and documentation related to hygiene and food safety compliance
- Contribute to team morale through effective communication and team leadership

- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel environment
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation of food safety standards
- Proven ability to lead stewarding operations
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
