What you would do

• To maximize customer satisfaction by providing a Professional Services to the guests as well as ensure the facility is cost-effective and profitable.
• To enhance and capture business to Spa & Gallery, and to increase capture rates, number of guest and revenues.
• To direct and control all activities of subordinates ensuring Spa & Gallery meets standard and guest satisfaction objectives.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a spa, hotel, wellness, or similar environment.
• Experience in a similar role in a 5-star resort is an added advantage.
• Excellent level of written and spoken English; additional language skills will be added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of spa/hotel/retail systems.
• Calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure; able to make independent decisions within policy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Physically fit.
