What you would do

• Supervise daily landscaping, gardening, beach, and grounds maintenance.
• Lead and guide gardeners in planting, watering, trimming, and pest control.
• Maintain lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees, and gardens to hotel standards.
• Plan manpower, materials, plants, seeds, and other gardening requirements.
• Coordinate landscaping activities with other departments and special events.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment condition, report faults, and maintain proper inventory.
• Maintain daily work records and carry out other duties as assigned.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Landscaping supervisory/management role.
• Good knowledge of landscaping standards, procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Previous experience in a 5-star resort or hotel environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
