About the role
Oversee electrical installation and related works for the Villa Eden Resort Development Project, supervising electricians and subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.

What you would do
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation works at the project site.
- Lead and allocate daily tasks to electricians, technicians, and electrical workers.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, and specifications and ensure works are executed accordingly.
- Supervise installation of wiring, cables, conduits, lighting, power systems, distribution boards, panels, and other electrical systems.
- Monitor cable pulling, glanding, termination, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate electrical works with civil, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP activities to avoid clashes and delays.
- Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and required quality standards.
- Identify electrical issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
- Monitor daily manpower, work progress, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
- Maintain daily records of work progress, manpower, materials, and site issues.
What they are looking for
- Diploma, Certificate, or other relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Installation.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong experience in electrical installation works for construction projects.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings, installation methods, testing, and commissioning.
- Good knowledge of LV electrical systems, distribution boards, lighting, power distribution, and cable installation.
- Willingness to live and work at a resort construction island/project site.
