What they are looking for
- Degree or higher qualification in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in ultra-luxury resorts, including senior leadership exposure
- Results focused leader with presence and credibility to guide Executive Committee and Department Heads
- Demonstrates ability to deliver Forbes Five-Star standards or equivalent
- Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue and profitability
- Experience leading high-performing multicultural teams in remote island environments
- Proven ability to lead teams in designing and delivering highly personalised guest journeys for ultra-high-net-worth clientele
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages, particularly Russian, are highly advantageous
