About the role
Join Jalboot's team as an Assistant Captain managing water sports and diving operations in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Handle navigation, route planning and maritime safety procedures
- Manage passenger operations or charter vessels
- Operate in local waters with knowledge of weather patterns
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What they are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Valid license and Coastal Navigation Level 2
- Experience with navigation, route planning and maritime safety procedures
- Excellent knowledge of maritime safety protocols
- Knowledge of local waters and weather patterns
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Team player with flexible and adaptable nature
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English would be an added advantage
