About the role
Crown and Champa Resorts is looking for a dedicated and skilled Boat Crew member to join their team at Lhaviyani Atoll.

What you would do
- Assist in the safe operation and navigation of the boat.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort during transfers and excursions.
- Perform routine boat maintenance and cleaning.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, supplies, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures at all times.
- Support the captain in daily operations as required.
What they are looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of boat operations and safety procedures.
- Strong swimming skills and ability to handle emergency situations.
- Good communication skills and customer service experience.
- Physically fit and able to work in a marine environment.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is an advantage.
