• Minimum 2 years of experience in photography, preferably within hospitality, luxury resorts, or event environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing portrait, lifestyle, event, resort, and product photography
• Proficient in professional camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless), lighting setups, and photography accessories
• Skilled in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent photo editing software
• Ability to capture exceptional content in diverse lighting conditions and outdoor environments
• Creative storyteller with a strong eye for composition, detail, and brand aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of digital asset management, file organization, and content archiving
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with Sales & Marketing teams
