About the role
Lead marketing, communications and branding strategy at Ifuru Island Maldives, a vibrant all-inclusive island resort in Raa Atoll.

What you would do
- Lead and execute the Resort's Marketing, Communications and Branding strategy
- Manage all digital platforms, including the website, Resort app and social media channels
- Oversee PR, media relations, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and revenue
- Manage content creation, graphic design and brand consistency across all channels
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
What they are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury resort or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation and branding
- Excellent communication, creativity and project management skills
- Experience in PR, media relations, influencer partnerships and marketing campaigns
- Ability to work effectively with a multicultural team
