About the role
A dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to drive the resort's digital marketing initiatives and strengthen its online presence at The Halcyon Private Isles Maldives.

What you would do
- Develop digital marketing initiatives to drive direct traffic and bookings.
- Manage and optimize hotel content across websites, social media, and online platforms.
- Oversee social media, content creation, SEO, paid social, and email marketing activities.
- Coordinate influencer projects and digital campaigns.
- Monitor website and digital performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure all digital content is accurate, current, and aligned with corporate brand standards.
- Coordinate website updates and enhancements with the corporate office.
- Support the Director of MARCOM with marketing initiatives and digital projects.
What they are looking for
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and content planning.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, social media platforms, and WordPress/CMS.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and content management skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote island environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing digital marketing trends.
