The fixed term of the contract is 01 year. (After 01 year, there will be an opportunity to decide, by mutual agreement, on renewing the contract or changing it to a permanent post.)

• A first degree in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, media production or a related field, together with 2 years' experience; or
• at least 4 years' experience in a related field, together with a portfolio demonstrating ability in graphic design and multimedia.
• Skills that will be an advantage in filling the post:
• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Technical experience in producing content and motion graphics suitable for print, digital use, graphic design, photography and videography.
• Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Maya.

• Developing creative visual materials required by the Authority, including social media posts, publications, reports, presentations, banners, advertisements, event branding and other promotional materials.
• Preparing creative concepts, layouts, illustrations, infographics and other graphic content in line with the Authority's branding and communication standards.
• Covering photography and videography of the Authority's meetings, events, seminars, training and other activities.
• Editing and producing photos, videos, motion graphics and other multimedia content for use on the Authority's social media platforms, publications and other communication channels.
• Assisting in managing and updating visual content on the Authority's social media platforms and other digital communication channels, and maintaining the archive of these materials.
• Providing assistance in work relating to the Authority's publication, printing and production.

Designing, developing and maintaining the Authority's in-house software applications, automating processes, analysing technical requirements, implementing and testing additional features, and assisting with IT service requests

• Completed first degree in a field related to computer science or information technology
• Open to a person with experience in the field of information technology

Working with the Authority's infrastructure, automation and delivery pipeline design and maintenance, and designing and deploying software platforms in a team with software developers and the infrastructure and operations team

• Copy of national identification card
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the applicant
• Copy of educational certificate and copy of transcript
• If a degree or master's certificate has not been obtained, a letter confirming completion of the programme issued by the university/college
• If the degree and master's certificate are not accredited by MQA, a letter indicating that it is a programme recognised by MQA
• For posts requiring work and management experience, a written document proving those matters must be submitted. Also, if the written document is not submitted, the application will not be considered.
• Official letters from the places where work was performed, if employment has been held

If service has been required with any government agency, a letter from that agency confirming that it will release the person to this Authority's post
