What you would do

• Lead the day-to-day performance of Soneva's FIT sales team across all markets
• Drive revenue, conversion, guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Develop a high-performing sales team that consistently delivers exceptional service
• Manage VIP and high-net-worth guest requirements with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain consistently high service standards across email, telephone and WhatsApp channels
• Analyse and present sales KPIs, including conversion, response time, booking value and pipeline health

What they are looking for

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FIT, luxury hospitality or high-end travel sales
• At least 2-3 years of experience leading and managing a sales or reservations team
• Proven track record of taking ownership of revenue and conversion targets for a sales portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales or a related field preferred
• Experience handling VIP and high-net-worth guests and resolving complex matters
• Willing and able to lead a team operating on a 24/7 shift pattern
