- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Marine Biology, Marine Science, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in coral restoration and reef conservation projects
- Demonstrated experience delivering marine biology and environmental presentations to large audiences
- Previous experience working in a resort or hospitality environment
- Certified Divemaster or above
- Maldivian candidates preferred
