About the role

Crown & Champa Resorts seeks an experienced Security Manager to lead security operations and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and resort assets at their Lhaviyani Atoll resort.

What you would do

Lead and supervise the Security team and daily operations
Ensure the safety and security of guests, Champions, and resort assets
Monitor CCTV, access control, patrols, and security systems
Manage security incidents, emergencies, and investigations
Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments
Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
Train and develop the Security team to maintain high standards
Coordinate with Management and relevant authorities when required
Experience in managing marine and island resort security, including jetty operations, guest/Champion movements, boat arrivals and departures, and coordination…

What they are looking for

Maldivian National preferred
Maldives resort security experience is a must
Strong knowledge of Maldives laws, security regulations, and resort requirements is essential
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant security management/supervisory experience
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, risk management, and emergency procedures
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and incident management skills
Relevant security certifications/qualifications will be an advantage
