About the role
Lead a dive centre team at Jalboot, a water sports resort in the Maldives. You'll manage diving operations and guide guests.

What you would do
- Manage dive centre operations and team
- Oversee diving equipment and water sports gear
- Conduct diving activities and guide guests
- Ensure compliance with diving regulations and safety standards
- Engage and upsell activities to guests
- Resolve operational issues quickly
What they are looking for
- PADI Dive Instructor Certification or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, and Rescue Diver Certification
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dive centre or water sports management
- Previous resort environment experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of diving equipment, water sports gear, and boat operations
- Knowledge of local marine environment, diving sites, and water sports regulations
- Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Russian, Chinese) a plus
