What you would do

• Prepare mise en place and menu items in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure efficient order preparation with proper portion control and food cost awareness.
• Maintain proper food storage, cleanliness, and organization of work areas.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform presentation.
• Comply with all Resort Fire & Safety, Health, Safety, and Hygiene policies.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role in a 5 Star property, preferably in the Maldives.
• Knowledge of cooking procedures.
• Able to work in an Island Resort within a multicultural environment.
