- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a luxury resort or hospitality environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of Maldivian Labour Law, employment regulations, and work permit processes
