What you would do
- Prepare and maintain recipe and menu costings for airline menu cycles
- Price airline tenders, menu changes and contract renewals
- Analyze actual vs. theoretical food cost and report variances
- Monitor yields and wastage, and recommend cost improvements
- Track supplier prices and flag cost movements
What they are looking for
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2 years in cost control, with inflight catering experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience in recipe/menu costing and yield analysis
- Experience with AeroChef and Oracle Materials Control is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and able to meet airline deadlines
- Good written and spoken English
