What you would do
- Oversee daily front office operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise and develop team members
- Manage VIP guest requirements
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality
What they are looking for
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort
- Excellent leadership, communication and guest relations skills
- Strong knowledge of front office operations and property management systems
- Ability to lead multicultural teams and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Benefits
- Previous experience with LQA, Forbes or other recognised service and hospitality quality certifications would be an added advantage.
