What you would do

• Meet and greet guests on arrival at Velana International Airport
• Assist guests with check-in and transfers by seaplane, domestic flight or speedboat
• Coordinate with resorts, transfer partners and the operations team
• Handle departures and assist with flight delays or changes
• Be the main point of contact for Russian-speaking guests at the airport
• Maintain accurate arrival and departure records

What they are looking for

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken)
• Previous experience in airport, guest relations or tourism is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-groomed, punctual and professional
• Able to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends
