About the role

A creative and skilled Architect is sought to join a team contributing to resort, hospitality and building projects in the Maldives, developing architectural designs from concept through detailed design.

What you would do

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions.
• Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Produce presentation drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape consultants.
• Incorporate client requirements and feedback into design development.
• Prepare architectural details, schedules, and construction drawings.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and assist with material selection.
• Respond to site technical queries, RFIs, and construction-stage clarifications.
• Review shop drawings and ensure designs meet project quality and functionality requirements.

What they are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 3–4 years of post-graduation professional experience in architectural design.
• Experience working under the guidance of a Principal Architect or Senior Registered Architect.
• Experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, villa, restaurant, or recreational projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, detailing, materials, and construction methods.
• Good understanding of coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and visual presentation skills.
