About the role

What you would do

• Handle guest enquiries, quotations, and reservations across all booking channels.
• Manage booking amendments, cancellations, confirmations, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and transfers with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.
• Ensure timely responses to enquiries while supporting occupancy and revenue targets.

What they are looking for

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of reservations experience; Maldives resort experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of reservation systems, booking channels, meal plans, and transfer arrangements.
• Good command of English with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and effective multitasking skills.
