What you would do

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery and other kitchen items efficiently.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support kitchen operations.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
