What you would do

• Lead resort HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and team welfare
• Manage manpower planning, HR budgets, and compensation and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Guide department heads on performance management, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
• Drive training, career development, and succession planning
• Organize employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and use HR data to improve retention and team satisfaction

• Open to Maldivian nationals only
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager in a resort environment
• Strong knowledge of Maldivian employment laws and HR practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field
