About the role
Full-time jet ski and personal watercraft mechanic for luxury diving and water activities at Best Dives Maldives in the Maldives archipelago.

What you would do
- Diagnose, repair and maintain jet skis and personal watercraft
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing
- Troubleshoot engine, electrical, cooling and fuel system issues
- Inspect equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Maintain service records and spare parts inventory
- Ensure all maintenance is carried out according to manufacturer standards and company SOPs
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Jet Ski or Personal Watercraft Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of Yamaha Wave Runner systems
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Experience with engine overhauls and preventive maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude, reliability and ability to work in a team
- A valid driver's licence or marine-related certifications are an advantage
