What you would do

• Safely lead and instruct guests in a variety of excursions, including snorkeling trips, dolphin cruises, sunset cruises etc.
• Actively monitor water conditions, enforce safety rules, and ensure the complete well-being of all guests in the lagoon.
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain all excursion and snorkeling gear, ensuring everything is clean, functional, and safely stored.
• Provide exceptional, luxury-standard customer service. Interact warmly with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle inquiries or feedback professionally.
• Collaborate closely with the Dive Center, Excursions, and Resort Front Office teams to ensure flawless guest experiences

What they are looking for

• Niyami certification and minimum of 1 year of experience as an Excursion Guide, ideally within a 5-star resort environment in the Maldives.
• A valid boat driving license is a significant advantage.
• Outstanding customer care skills, a warm personality, high motivation, and a great team-player attitude.
