What you would do

• Oversee daily boat transfer operations to ensure safe and efficient service.
• Coordinate boat schedules, crew assignments, and guest transfers.
• Monitor boat maintenance, inspections, and operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Support and supervise transport team members while delivering excellent guest service.

What they are looking for

• Previous experience in marine transport, boat operations, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of boat operations, maintenance, and maritime safety procedures.
• Ability to plan schedules, coordinate crews, and manage daily operations.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• First Aid certification and knowledge of diving or water sports operations will be an advantage.
