What you would do

• Perform daily duties in accordance with briefings and SOPs.
• Ensure guest safety during all water sports and excursions.
• Provide activity information and conduct safety briefings.
• Deliver professional guest service and promote available activities.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
• Coordinate daily activities and support team operations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and hygiene standards.
• Complete reports, paperwork, and billing accurately.
• Monitor stock and equipment requirements.

• High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• People person. Strong knowledge of employment practices and legal compliance
• Proficiency in verbal and written English. Strong admin skills
