• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a multi-property or cluster environment
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and deliver key business insights
• Strong command of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, tax regulations and hotel finance operations
• Experienced in managing statutory audits and liaising with external financial bodies
• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Empathetic and motivational leader with a passion for developing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
• Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape within the Maldives hospitality sector
