What you would do
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, room directions and general enquiries
- Create a positive first and last impression through professional and attentive service
- Handle guest luggage and personal belongings with strong attention to detail
- Stand, walk and handle luggage for extended periods
- Demonstrate fun, friendly and outgoing personality
- Act as a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
What they are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bell service, guest services, Front Office or similar role in a 5* hotel or resort
- Ability to assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, room directions and general enquiries
- Ability to create a positive first and last impression through professional and attentive service
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling guest luggage and personal belongings
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk and handle luggage for extended periods
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for assisting guests
- Good command of English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Experience with Opera PMS or other hotel systems would be an advantage
- Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
