Hard Rock Hotel Maldives seeks an HR Executive to join their team at a resort in the Maldives, delivering an amplified service and authentic experience.

What they are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort or hotel
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment practices
- Familiarity with employee relations, attendance, leave administration and documentation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office application; proficiency in Fusion is an added advantage
- Excellent command of verbal and written English; proficiency in additional languages are an added advantage
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
