About the role

What you would do
- Maintain proper set-up of the bar on a daily basis.
- Ensure daily stock requisitions are received correctly.
- Maintain, cut and store all perishable stock such as fruits, vegetables garnishes and juices to ensure product quality.
- Have full knowledge of all current promotions and available food and beverage products in all outlets to recommend and upsell to guests.
- Familiarize oneself with all long-term, regular and VIP guests.
What they are looking for
- High school diploma is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel bartending is required.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, mixing and preparing various beverages and cocktails.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
- Customer-driven, excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations.
- Knowledge of basic Health, Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines.
